Ceara Carrier is a certified personal trainer (CPT) and certified yoga teacher (CYT) with extensive experience in health and wellness coaching. As the owner of C.C. Coaching, LLC since March 2021, Ceara specializes in women's personal health, wellness, and fitness coaching. Additionally, Ceara has been involved with Isagenix as a health and wellness coach since February 2020. Educationally, Ceara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources from Kaplan University-Augusta Campus (2013-2015), an Associate of Applied Science in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician from Eastern Maine Community College (2011-2013), and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Eastern Maine Community College (2007-2009).
