Moises Carro is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in help desk management and desktop support. Currently serving as the Information Technology Help Desk Manager at Core & Main since April 2022, Moises previously held leadership roles at Tech Mahindra as Desktop Support Team Lead at Barnes Jewish Hospital, and at BJC HealthCare as Information Technology Supervisor and Senior Desktop Technician. Moises has demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, device imaging, and providing exceptional customer service. Alongside a diverse sales background from Best Buy and Ashley Furniture Home Store, Moises holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, completed in 2015.
