Joseph Olliges has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Joseph began their career in 1999 as a Senior Programmer / Analyst at Coventry Health Care. In 2000, they moved to First Health as a Programmer. In 2008, they joined Nextwave Logistics as Team Lead of the Production Support Team for the company's biggest client. In this role, they were responsible for allocating team resources and managing the work-flow of code enhancements and product maintenance. Joseph also provided estimates, analysis and design input for several enhancement/new development projects requested by clients. In 2015, they became a Senior Java Developer at CORE Business System.

Joseph Olliges received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the same university.
