Rhon Bell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Accounting & Reporting Specialist at BNY Mellon, managing money for a Fortune 50 client. In 2011, they joined Delhaize Group as an Inventory Analyst, where they forecasted, ordered, and analyzed inventory levels. They then became a Customer Item Analyst, responsible for building relationships with major brands and executing growth opportunities in the Health & Beauty categories.
In 2012, Rhon Bell joined TURNER as a Content Manager before moving to L.L.Bean the following year. At L.L.Bean, they held multiple roles, including Copywriter, Content Analyst, and eventually Senior Marketing Analyst. In these positions, they led various projects to increase demand, order response rates, and personalization. They also managed a team of three and strategized customer segmentation, targeting, cadence, and frequency.
In 2019, Rhon Bell joined Backcountry as a Senior Manager, Email and Retention Marketing. They directed the strategy and execution of retention marketing functions, achieving significant program demand growth through lifecycle and 1:1 personalization efforts. They also launched a successful print strategy and scaled the company's direct mail program.
Most recently, Rhon Bell worked at OpenSea as the Director of Engagement. They led the ideation, design, and launch of an onsite center called "Learn" to educate and onboard web3 customers. They also oversaw the email channel, driving high-value customer actions and fueling program demand growth.
Currently, Rhon Bell is the Director of CRM Strategy at Cordial, starting in 2022.
Rhon Bell attended the University of Maine from 2003 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
