Katia Maso is currently serving as an Analytical Development Principal Scientist at Corden Pharma since April 2023. Prior to this role, Katia held the position of Principal Scientist I at Novartis from August 2021 to March 2023, focusing on research studies related to the characterization of drug candidates in nuclear medicine and the execution of radiolabeling of pharmaceuticals. Katia also worked as a Research Scientist in R&D at Advanced Accelerator Applications, a Novartis company, and was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Centro de Investigación Príncipe Felipe, where research involved antibody-polymer conjugates for cancer treatment. Previous experience includes scholarship roles at Università degli Studi di Padova in drug delivery research and an internship in pharmacy. Katia earned a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Università degli Studi di Padova and has also studied as a visiting PhD student at the University of Maryland.
