Jordan Stacey has a diverse work history in the spirits and beverage industry. Jordan began their career at Brassaii as a Head Bartender and later transitioned to the role of Bar Manager. Following this, they joined SpiritHouse as the General Manager, where they successfully managed the business operations and coordinated events. Jordan then moved on to work as a Brand Ambassador for Absolut Vodka, where they implemented brand strategies and trained bartenders. Jordan later became a Brand Ambassador for Ungava Spirits Co., promoting the brand and conducting tastings and seminars. Jordan's experience also includes working as a Trade Marketing Manager at Corby Spirit and Wine Limited, where they showcased their skills in event planning, brand management, and team leadership. Most recently, they have been serving as a District Sales Manager for Corby Spirit and Wine Limited, responsible for managing a territory with key accounts and generating revenue.

Jordan Stacey obtained a certificate in Digital Media & Design from the International Academy of Art & Design from 1999 to 2000. Afterward, they attended the University of Toronto, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General, which was completed in 2002. Furthermore, in 2010, Jordan Stacey obtained certifications as a Wine Specialist from George Brown College and in Olmeca Tequila from the Tahona Society.
