Ariela Sarai, MSW, currently serves as an Executive Coach at NDT Development and Corbin Capital Partners, L.P., while also functioning as a Leadership Development Coach at OpenView and running Ariela Sarai Coaching, LLC. With extensive experience in coaching and leadership development, Ariela has performed needs assessments, 360 reviews, and on-site training to enhance team communication and alignment. Previous roles include Leadership Development Coach at HumanSide, Inc., and coaching teams at The Avatar® Course, where Ariela guided personal growth and leadership training.
