Matt Walters is an experienced director with a career spanning over three decades in software, project management, and customer support. Currently serving as the Director at Coras since July 2014, Matt has successfully led a cross-departmental initiative to achieve FedRAMP High status for an AWS-based SaaS offering and developed comprehensive training programs and documentation for compliance. Previously, as Director of Release Management at CorasWorks, Matt managed various operational teams and delivered training to hundreds of customers. Matt's earlier roles include managing a large call center at Tickets.com, implementing incident management systems at Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST, and developing databases and web applications for PPG Industries. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Matt's diverse background showcases expertise in technical project management, customer education, and operational leadership.
