Shaun Beucler has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Shaun currently holds the role of Vice President of Operations and Restaurants, Bars & Events at CoralTree Hospitality since August 2019. Prior to that, they were the Owner/Operator of Beucler Hospitality Solutions LLC. starting in October 2018. From September 2016 to October 2018, they worked as the Corporate Director of Operations at Two Roads Hospitality. Shaun also served as the General Manager at L'Auberge Del Mar from August 2014 to September 2016. Shaun Beucler began their career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in December 2001, where they held various positions including Hotel Manager, Hotel Manager/EAM Food & Beverage Director, and Food and Beverage Senior Leadership.

Shaun Beucler earned a Bachelors with Honors in Hospitality Management from The Culinary Institute of America, graduating between 1997 and 2001.
