Emma van der Werff

Emma van der Werff has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Emma is currently the Director of Operations at CoralTree Hospitality. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant General Manager at Caye Chapel Club & Four Seasons Residences. Emma has also held positions such as Event Coordinator and Restaurant Manager at Nantucket Yacht Club. Emma has experience as an Experience Manager at Barbuda Ocean Club and as a Captain at The Little Nell and Union Square Hospitality Group. Emma has also worked as a Chef de Rang at LECRIVAIN and Restaurant Andrew Fairlie, as well as a Food and Beverage Assistant at The Westbury Hotel. Emma's career in hospitality began as a Bartender at The Eden House in 2013.

Emma van der Werff attended Alexandra College from 2004 to 2010, although the degree name and field of study are unknown. Emma then went on to Technological University Dublin from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Culinary Entrepreneurship. Emma also holds additional certifications, including a TIPS Certification obtained in May 2019 and a Level 1 certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers obtained in March 2017.
