Gloria Omomosi DCP currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Officer at CoralPay Technology (Nig) Limited since 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe from 2019 to March 2021, specializing in Private Equity, Debt, Capital Markets, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Gloria also held an Associate position at Sefton Fross from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Banking and Finance, Corporate Commercial, and Intellectual Property. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Assistant at the Chambers of the Attorney-General in the Ministry of Justice, CRS, from 2017 to 2018, where responsibilities involved Infrastructure, Public-Private Partnerships, and Legislative Review. Gloria's academic qualifications include a Designate Compliance Professional (DCP) from the Compliance Institute of Nigeria, a Certificate of Distinction from The World Bank Group Academy, and an Advanced International Course on Intellectual Property Management from the World Intellectual Property Organization Academy, alongside a Legal Practice License from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B in Law from the University of Nigeria.
