Vito Griseta has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Coral Ridge Country Club since May 2007. Prior to this role, Vito worked as a Kitchen Chef at Bova Ristorante from April 2005 to May 2007. Vito holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees in Culinary Arts from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, completed between 1999 and 2001, with a focus on Le Cordon Bleu culinary education.
