Mark Vincent has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Director of Global Program Management at Copyright Clearance Center since 2012, where responsibilities include leading a PMO that supports Product and Software Professional Services using Agile and SAFe methodologies. Previously, Mark held roles such as Director of Program Management Office at Copyright Clearance Center, where the PMO was established to enhance software practices, and Director of Program Management at MetraTech Corp, where a transition from waterfall to agile methodologies was successfully implemented. Mark's earlier experience includes leading program management efforts at Comverse and managing multi-million dollar Navy contracts at TASC. Mark holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
