Joel Byler is a skilled professional with a background in customer service and software engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Coppes Napanee Cabinet Company since September 2024, Joel previously worked as a Software Engineer at Firefly Integrations from May 2022 to September 2024, where expertise in the ReactJS framework was applied to develop and maintain mobile applications and assist customers with AV systems. Additional experience includes a role as an Engineering Intern, where Joel tackled complex coding challenges and utilized various hardware and software tools, and as a Camp Counselor at Prairie Camp, engaging children in various activities. Prior positions include providing dining services at Greencroft Communities and technical support at Goshen Junior High School. Joel graduated with an Honors Diploma from Goshen High School in June 2023.
