Business Development Manager (SEU Region) Ìý

Key Responsibilities:Ìý

As Business Development Manager, you will report to the Regional Director, SEMEA, and cover the following areas:ÌýÌý

SalesÌý

  • Assist the Sales Team by:ÌýÌý
  • Generating leads and cold calling prospective customersÌý
  • Finding the appropriate person to speak to within large prospect accountsÌýÌý
  • Setting up meetings for AEs with key prospectsÌý
  • Checking the network for tenders (RFI or RFP) that may be of interestÌýÌý

Ìý

New Market DevelopmentÌýÌý

  • Assist the Sales Team by:ÌýÌý
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing marketsÌý
  • Seeking out the appropriate contact in an organisation, setting up meetings, and following upÌýÌý

Ìý

Events Sales ManagementÌý

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Teams by:Ìý
  • Qualifying leads acquired through events, campaigns, and other activitiesÌýÌý
  • Inviting key prospects to upcoming roundtable discussions, webinars, and eventsÌýÌý
  • Inviting key prospects to speak at panels and forums hosted by CopperleafÌýÌý
  • Gathering event feedback to impact future agendasÌýÌý

About You:Ìý

  • You naturally connect with people and make friends wherever you go Ìý
  • You are results-driven and enjoy cold callingÌý
  • You have experience and are comfortable positioning technical software solutions to C level executives  Ìý
  • You know how to navigate complex organizations and have experience with complex software sales, solution selling and value-based selling Ìý
  • You can uncover new business opportunities within the account through desktop research and cold callingÌýÌý
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced Sales environment using tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and MarketoÌý
  • Are self-motivated, flexible, pragmatic, proactive and open to taking on a variety of tasksÌý
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, respect, courtesy and discretionÌý
  • You will need business fluency in French, English, and either Spanish, Portuguese or Italian.Ìý
