Jim Schutz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in skiing instruction, real estate, and materials engineering. Since November 2013, Jim has served as a Ski Instructor at Copper Mountain Resort, focusing on teaching skiing to both children and adults. Managed Schutz Investments since 1990, overseeing residential and commercial properties in Colorado and New Mexico. Previous roles include Associate Broker at Equity Colorado and Keller Williams Front Range Properties, specializing in residential and commercial real estate in the Greater Boulder area. Jim's engineering expertise was developed through senior positions at Eltron Research, Composite Technology Development, and Materials Research and Engineering, following a successful academic career that included a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
