Anthony Sfrisi possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having held various roles from server to manager over a decade. Currently serving as lead server at Bunny’s Buckets & Bubbles since June 2023, Anthony plays a key role in training new staff and enhancing menu knowledge. Previously, at Copper Kitchen, Anthony transitioned from server/bartender to manager, overseeing event operations. Experience also includes critical roles at Lee's Pint & Shell, Bo Brooks Restaurant, and Bonefish Grill, where responsibilities ranged from training new employees to managing inventory and social media promotion. Anthony’s background is further complemented by a tenure in sales at PNC and Hertz, as well as a foundational role in recruitment and campus tours for Pitt Pathfinders. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, History, and Business from the University of Pittsburgh.
