Sonali Sharan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various facets of human resources and people operations. Currently serving as HR Manager at copods since July 2021, Sonali is responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process, candidate management, and employee documentation. Prior to this role, Sonali was the Studio Manager at figments EXPERIENCE LAB, where the focus was on people operations and maintaining HR-related reports. Additionally, experience as an Assistant Professor at MITCON INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT involved teaching human resource-related subjects and organizing employability programs. Early career roles included Senior Executive Human Resources and Human Resources Executive at K.S. Infosystems Pvt. Ltd., handling recruitment cycles and onboarding activities. Sonali holds a PGDM in HR and Marketing from Sriram Business School and a BBA in Human Resources Management from Bengal College of Engineering and Technology.
