Arden Davis began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Manager at Utrecht Art Supplies. Arden then worked as a Chemistry Teaching Assistant at Georgia State University. In 2011, they interned at the Michael C. Carlos Museum as a Conservation Lab Intern. In 2012, they were an Aptitude Consultant at Johnson O'Connor Research Foundation. In 2014, they took on the role of Account Manager and Freight Logistics Coordinator at Solaria Lighting. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Experity in various roles, including Product Owner - Innovation, Senior Product Specialist for Patient Engagement, and Client Support Manager. In 2020, they joined PagerDuty as a Strategic Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Customer Success at Copient Health.

Arden Davis attended Georgia State University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Art Theirtory, Criticism and Conservation.
