Constance E Bagley is the Founder and CEO of Bagley Strategic Advisors LLC, a position held since September 2018. Currently serving as a Guest Professor at Copenhagen Business School since October 2020, Bagley has a robust background in academia and consulting, including roles such as Senior Research Fellow at Yale University and Business School Editor for the Kauffman Foundation. Throughout a distinguished academic career, Bagley has held positions including Senior Research Scholar in Law at Yale Law School and Professor in the Practice of Law and Management at Yale School of Management, with a focus on law's strategic applications in business. Bagley has also contributed to various boards, including the New Haven Symphony Orchestra and the Episcopal Church at Yale. An accomplished educator, Bagley holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an Honorary Doctorate in Economics from Lund University, and an A.B. with Distinction and Honors in Political Science from Stanford University.
