Ane-Kathrine Banke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as Chefkonsulent and Specialkonsulent for HRD at Copenhagen Business Academy since April 2014, Ane-Kathrine is responsible for strategic competence development, knowledge management processes, and has played a key role in institutional accreditation preparations. Previous positions include Project Manager at Niels Brock focusing on organizational change related to collective agreements, and HR Project Manager at Rambøll, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding program design, employer branding, and HR strategy implementation. Additionally, Ane-Kathrine has experience as an International Consultant advising on governance and development in multiple countries. Earlier roles include serving as an MP Assistant in the Folketinget and working as a project assistant at COWI during academic studies. Ane-Kathrine holds an M.Sc. in International Business Administration and Modern Languages from Copenhagen Business School.
