Alisha Sharma is a seasoned professional in recruitment and training, currently serving as the Manager of Recruitment Training and Operations at WorkIndia since February 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Manager in the same field. Alisha gained valuable experience as an Assistant Manager at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. from January 2020 to October 2020 and as a Management Trainee at Simon Carter-London, also under Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., from November 2017 to July 2019.
