Molly L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Cope Notes® and Vice Chair of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship, Molly also contributes as a Board Member for Mello App. Prior roles include Co-Founder of Wander, Head of People & Culture at both cargo.one and mitte®, and Organizational Development & Workplace Lead at Blinkist. Early in the career, Molly held various marketing and management positions at Rocket Internet SE, Omio, and Customer Alliance. Molly holds an MBA from Mannheim Business School, an International Residency in Leadership and Organizational Change from Emory University, and a Bachelor's degree from New York University, complemented by studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the University of London.
