Magdalena Żarnowska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Magdalena is currently the Director of User Experience Design at C3 Creative Code and Content, where they also served as the Experience Design Lead. Prior to this, Magdalena worked as a Senior UX Designer, both independently and at Kaiser X Labs and Allianz. Magdalena also gained experience at companies such as Deutsche Telekom AG, GE Healthcare, and Schibsted Tech Polska. Magdalena's career began with their owning and operating Imaginariat Design Studio. Magdalena also worked as a Marketing Specialist, Business Representative, and Project Manager at controlfind.pl and Interimax Sp. z o. o. Additionally, they have a background in recruitment, having worked as a Business Representative and Recruitment Specialist at Evolving Recruitment.

Magdalena Żarnowska completed a Lean Startup Course in 2017 to gain knowledge in Lean Startup methodology. Magdalena obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University from 2004 to 2010.
