Kathleen McNair (Jezierski) has a varied and extensive work experience. Kathleen currently serves as the CEO of North America at COPC Inc. Kathleen also held the position of SVP of Consumer Experience Consulting Practice at the same company. Prior to that, they worked at RealPage Inc. as the SVP of Consumer Operations, leading global contact center and digital marketing operations. Kathleen also served as the SVP of Contact Centers at RealPage, responsible for global contact center operations. Kathleen had a brief role as the Vice President of Customer Service at Groupon. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at COPC Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer and a Director. Kathleen also held several director roles at AT&T (formerly BellSouth), including Director of ADSL Operations, Director of Alternate Channel Operations, Director of Georgia Consumer Markets, and Manager of North Florida Consumer Sales.
Kathleen McNair (Jezierski) holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Kathleen also completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with a major in Mathematics at the University of Central Florida. In addition to their degrees, Kathleen has obtained several certifications including a Six Sigma Black Belt from COPC Inc. in 2010 and a COPC Certified Lead Auditor in September 2001.
