Tobias Lucks is an experienced professional in operations, human resources, and legal management, currently serving as the Director of Operations, People & Culture, and Legal at Copart Deutschland GmbH since February 2020. In this role, Tobias is a key member of the management team, overseeing all operations, people and culture, and legal matters for the Copart Group in Germany, with budget responsibilities and nine direct reports. Prior to joining Copart, Tobias held various HR roles at Daimler AG from April 2012 to January 2020, including Senior HR Professional for labor policy and project manager for workforce management. Tobias holds a Master of Arts in Management & Entrepreneurship from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a Bachelor of Laws in Wirtschaftsrecht from the same institution, with additional studies at Syddansk Universitet and Liverpool John Moores University.
