Maxton Kennedy is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry with a strong background in bar management and brand representation. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador for Copalli Rum since September 2022, Maxton also excels as a Manager at Forbidden Island since July 2021. Previous roles include Bar Manager at The Kon-Tiki and The Ostrich, Lead Bartender at MERCBAR, and various bartender positions at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Cane & Table, Tiki Tolteca at Felipe's, and Arnaud's French 75 Bar. Education was completed at the Sheffield Institute for Recording Arts from 2006 to 2008.
