Julio Adames has extensive experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as an IT Manager at Copa Airlines since January 2003, where responsibilities include defining IT strategy and managing the project portfolio. Prior to this role, Julio worked as a Project Manager, overseeing new system projects and technology budgeting. Julio's earlier career includes a tenure at CIBERNETICA, S.A. from October 1996 to December 2002, as a Senior Consultant focused on sales development, project management, and technical support, along with significant involvement in implementing technology solutions for clients. Earlier experience at Grupo Epasa as an Analyst/Programmer included managing administrative accounting systems. Julio holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, completed in 1999.
