Emin Babayev, PMP®, is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in event management and operations across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at COP29 Azerbaijan, Emin previously held positions such as Compliance Project Manager at PMO, Venue Catering Manager for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023, and Operations Manager for Badminton Europe. Emin's notable past roles include managing operations for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and leading the Operations Manager for the MES COVID-19 Hospital during the pandemic. Additionally, Emin has held leadership positions within the Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan and contributed to major events like the World Scout Conference 2017 and EYOF Baku 2019. Emin holds an MBA from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a bachelor's degree in public administration-law from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
