Bernard Francis Ochaka is an experienced data and information management professional currently serving as a Data and Information Management Assistant at COOPI - Cooperazione Internazionale since November 2014. In this role, Bernard oversees database design, supervises data clerks, supports data analysts, and trains field staff in data collection and management. Prior to this position, Bernard worked as a Freelance ICT Consultant, providing project management support and statistical data analysis from June 2012 to October 2014. Additionally, Bernard has held roles such as Liaison Officer at Community Advocacy Services in Somalia, Project Coordinator at East Africa Portland Cement, and Consultant at Rachana Systems Limited.
