Katie Hitchenson is an experienced sales and commercial operations leader with a strong track record in driving growth and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the ANZ Sales and Commercial Operations Director at CooperVision, Katie is a member of the ANZ Leadership Team, responsible for enhancing the performance of a 26-member team. Previous roles include ANZ Sales Director at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., where Katie managed P&L and led a team of 24 to achieve significant sales growth. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Nature's Care Manufacture Pty Limited, GSK, Nestlé, Pernod Ricard, Goodman Fielder, and David Jones, demonstrating extensive expertise in P&L management, team leadership, and strategic business development. Katie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Western Sydney University.
