Stacy Pelham-Hale, MA, M.Ed, LPC, ACS, TMHC is an experienced mental health professional with extensive expertise in student support services and counseling. Currently serving as Supervisor of Student Support Services at Newark Board of Education since January 2024, Stacy also works as an Adjunct Professor at Kean University. As the Owner and Therapist at Essential Therapeutic Counseling Services, LLC since October 2020, Stacy provides in-home therapeutic services for families and youth. Previous roles include Student Assistance Coordinator at Franklin Township Board of Education and Neptune High School, where Stacy developed psycho-educational curricula and provided crisis intervention support. Stacy holds multiple degrees from Kean University and Rutgers University, including a Master of Arts in Counselor Education and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership.
