Matthew Norman serves as the Area Coordinator for Europe and Facilitator of the Field Ministries Team at the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship since July 2003, where responsibilities include leading team meetings and enhancing data collection systems. As a Missiologist and Personnel Selection Manager, Matthew revitalized the mission personnel selection process and developed a funding model that improved organizational efficiency and alignment with mission goals. Additionally, Matthew contributes to the International Baptist Theological Study Centre as an Education Specialist, focusing on the establishment and implementation of innovative theological education programs. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Theology/Theological Studies from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, an MA in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a BA in Communications from Gardner-Webb University, along with various certifications and trainings in related fields.
