Mesfin Worku is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in information technology service management and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Manager of Information Technology Service Management at Cooperative Bank of Oromia since October 2022, Mesfin previously held multiple senior managerial roles at ethio telecom from December 2010 to October 2022, including Information Security Change Management Manager and Cyber Security Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions at Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation and Jimma Technical and Vocational Institute, where Mesfin worked in network operations and as an IT instructor. Mesfin holds a Master of Science in Information Science from Addis Ababa University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
