Beth currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief HR Officer at Cooper University Health Care, where they lead the development and implementation of talent management initiatives. Prior to this role, Beth was the Vice President of Talent Management at Cooper University Health Care, where they focused on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
