Tracey Weems is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an on-site project manager at Cooper Steel since March 2021, Tracey previously held superintendent positions at DANIEL'S IRONWORKS INC. and Memco LLC, as well as multiple leadership roles at LPR Construction and Peterson Beckner Industries, Inc. Responsibilities include project scheduling, employee management, equipment oversight, and ensuring workplace safety. Tracey began the career as a foreman at Jonquil Steel & Construction and is a graduate of Lithia Springs High School, class of 1990.
