Tae-Kyu Ahn is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 27 years of expertise in HR management, organizational development, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Senior Manager at Cooper Standard since July 2018, Tae-Kyu leads HR budget planning, employee development programs, and occupational health initiatives. Prior to this role, Tae-Kyu worked at Kuraray as a Human Resources & GA Manager, overseeing HR staffing, employee satisfaction, and general affairs. Experience also includes a Senior Specialist position at Accenture, focusing on HR planning, performance management, and project staffing, as well as a Deputy Manager role at Korea Delphi Automotive Systems where responsibilities included HR planning and labor relations.
