Sergio Sebastian is a seasoned professional in industrial engineering and management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Vice President for Industrial Engineering and Launch Management at Cooper Standard since January 2014, Sergio also held the role of Sr Director of Industrial Engineering at the Center of Competence within the same company. Prior to this, from March 2007 to December 2013, Sergio was the General Manager at SANJO, overseeing marketing and sales, purchasing, R&D, product engineering, and operations. Experience also includes a position as COE & AME Manager for Europe at Johnson Controls from July 2001 to February 2007, and earlier work as an Industrial Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation from 1996 to 2001. Academic qualifications include a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Middlesex University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza, complemented by foundational education at Corazonistas.
