Radim Polacek is an experienced professional in manufacturing and project management with a strong background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Cooper Standard since April 2018, Radim oversees brake line manufacturing and a workforce of 250 employees. Previously, Radim held the position of Manager of Launch Management, responsible for new program launches across two production plants. Prior experience includes managing the project management department for MANN+HUMMEL Group in the Czech Republic and serving in various capacities at Lear Corporation, including Program Manager and Industrial Engineer. Radim Polacek holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Engineering from Brno University of Technology and another Master's degree in Logistics from Molde University College.
