Matthew Gillespie currently serves as the Continuous Improvement & Lean Manager at Stage 3 Separation, leading process improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies within the supply chain division. Previous roles include Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Manager at APG, where Matthew implemented LEAN principles and managed ISO 9001 compliance, and various positions at Advanced International Services, encompassing Quality Manager and General Manager, focusing on quality assurance and operational efficiency in freight forwarding. Earlier experience includes roles at Emco Wheaton as a Quality Supervisor and Lean Manufacturing Trainer, where Matthew developed training programs and maintained ISO certifications. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from the University of Houston.
