Tammy served as a Chick-fil-A Operator for 13 years in California. Prior to being an Operator, she served as a Corporate Grand Opening Supervisor and an Executive Director in a restaurant. She loves the relationship side of the business most and is passionate about assisting current Operators in finding the best talent possible.
