Sophie CLAUDE is an experienced professional in ergonomics and risk prevention, currently serving as an Accompagnatrice d'Ecosystème Coopératif Territorialisé at ATEMIS since September 2021 and as a Consultante Ergonome at Coopaname since August 2018. Sophie has a strong background in providing tailored support for both private and public enterprises in organizational restructuring and risk prevention strategies. Previous roles include Chargée de Conseil et Prévention des Risques Professionnels at CRE RATP and Ergonome at Coopaname, where responsibilities involved analyzing workplace situations and developing improvement actions. As a co-founder of VitaliZen, services included QVT project support and health prevention training. Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Ergonomics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Maîtrise in Political Sociology from Sciences Po Lille, along with additional training in organizational dynamics and cooperation.
