Johanna-Maria Siilak currently serves as the Head of ESG at Coop Pank AS since November 2023. Previously, Johanna-Maria worked as a Carbon Market Expert at KWOTA from April 2022 to September 2023, focusing on the development and implementation of carbon crediting methodologies based on enhanced recycling, with extensive knowledge of the Voluntary Carbon Market and relevant regulations. Johanna-Maria's experience at the Ministry of the Environment of Estonia spanned from 2013 to 2022, during which roles included Adviser and Senior Officer in the Climate and Radiation Department, where responsibilities encompassed climate change policy development, EU ETS directive negotiations, and national registry administration. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Technology and Law from the University of Tartu, complemented by participation in the 1st CBSS Summer University at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
