Kathleen Donahue has a strong background in application development and systems analysis. Kathleen began their career in 1997 at Clopay Building Products, where they worked as a System Business Analyst and Systems Analyst for ten years. In 2007, they joined CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems as the Director of Application Development, a role they continue to hold.

Kathleen Donahue earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix between the years 2003 and 2005. Kathleen also holds additional certifications, including a CERTIFIED SCRUMMASTER from Scrum Alliance, Inc., obtained in August 2017, and a Green Belt in Six Sigma which does not specify the month or year of attainment.
