Abi Meek has a diverse work experience background. Abi started their career at Fremantle in 2014, where they worked as an X-Factor Researcher and a Britain's Got Talent Runner. Abi also completed a work experience placement at the FremantleMedia work experience program, where they worked on shows like Celebrity Juice, Take Me Out, and X-Factor. In 2018, Abi joined Cabaret Voltaire as a Social Media & Events Co-Ordinator. Abi then moved on to Kids OR in 2020, where they worked as a Social Media Executive. Currently, Abi is working at Coolr since 2021, starting as a Social Executive, then a Senior Social Executive, and currently as an Account Manager.

Abi Meek completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University, studying from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended St George's School in Edinburgh from 2001 to 2015, although the specific degree or field of study is not mentioned.
