Nima Agah is an Associate at Cooley LLP, contributing to legal work since November 2022, and currently serves as a Secondee at Moxion Power starting February 2024. Previous experiences include a Law and Policy Extern at the Future of Privacy Forum in early 2022, as well as Summer Associate roles at Cooley LLP and Marshall Grant, PLLC in 2021 and 2020, respectively. Nima also interned as a Summer Legal Intern with the Santa Clara County Public Defenders in 2020 and worked as a Legal Operations Associate at Plug and Play Tech Center from 2018 to 2019, assisting with due diligence for venture capital investments. Nima's legal career began as an Assistant Paralegal at Fragomen, focusing on business immigration cases from 2017 to 2018. Nima holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law (2022) and dual Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz (2017).
