Clara Reichele has been working in the professional world since 2012. Clara began their career as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Universität Konstanz. In 2015, they moved on to Kinderhaus Bodensee e.V. where they held the role of Öffentlichkeitsarbeit/PR. In 2018, they became a Recruiting Specialist at Clara Reichele. Most recently, in 2020, they joined CoolBeez as an HR-Business-Manager.

Clara Reichele earned a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from FernUniversität in Hagen in 2018, specializing in Arbeitsrecht. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Psychology from Freie Universität Berlin and Universität Konstanz in 2013.
