Erica Anderson, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cook Medical since July 2022. Previously, Erica held multiple roles at Arizona Public Service from June 2010 to July 2022, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, HR Program Manager for Workforce Planning, Finance and Business Operations Analyst Senior, Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst, and Business Systems Analyst. In these positions, Erica drove HR strategies, developed workforce planning frameworks, led budget initiatives resulting in significant savings, and managed system support for employee performance programs. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University between 2008 and 2011.
