Rachel Fletcher is an experienced data analyst with a diverse background in business support and reporting. Currently serving as a Data Analyst at Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc. since December 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Reporting Analyst at Maximus from June 2021 to October 2023, where significant contributions included designing Power BI dashboards for automated data gathering and analytics. Rachel's extensive experience began at BP Exploration (Alaska), Inc., where roles progressed from Technologist/Admin Assistant to Business Support, culminating in a strategic position providing actionable insights for upper management. Rachel also has early experience with PBS/NMS/ASCG at BP, supporting leadership with financial analysis and reporting. An accomplished academic, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Data Analytics and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from Colorado Technical University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
