Stephanie Lloyd, MATD, currently serves as a Benefits Case Coordinator at Cook County Health, where responsibilities include educating clients about healthcare coverage. Prior experience includes roles at the Chicago Urban League as a Career Services Manager and Career Development Specialist, focusing on talent development and employment goals in the Chicagoland area. Past positions at Cook County Health include Managed Care Specialist, where duties involved needs assessments, training execution, and compliance with HIPAA regulations, as well as roles as a Pre-registration Specialist and Substitute Teacher. Stephanie earned a Master’s degree in Workforce Development and Training from Roosevelt University, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph, and an Associate of Arts from South Suburban College.
